Il sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 sur l\u2019ensemble de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en 2020. Ces EFAM sont con\u00e7us pour am\u00e9liorer le dialogue entre la ligne manag\u00e9riale et le membre du personnel.
