La crise de la Covid-19 a chamboul\u00e9 pas mal de choses. Elle a aussi confirm\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019un service public de l\u2019eau, dont le m\u00e9tier a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu comme essentiel dans la lutte contre la propagation de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie. Malgr\u00e9 des conditions de travail in\u00e9dites, les \u00e9quipes de la SWDE ont eu \u00e0 c\u0153ur d\u2019assurer la fourniture d\u2019eau pour tous. Etonnant, non ?<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>\u00c9ric Van\u00a0Sevenant\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0Pas vraiment&#8230;\u00a0Nous sommes r\u00f4d\u00e9s, en interne, aux situations de crise. Nous devons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement faire face \u00e0 des pollutions ou des fuites d\u2019eau qui mettent \u00e0 sec le r\u00e9seau. M\u00eame si la crise du Covid-19 est d\u2019une toute autre ampleur, nous avons l\u2019habitude d\u2019analyser et de g\u00e9rer les situations difficiles. C\u2019est une des forces de la SWDE. Les syndicats sont notamment associ\u00e9s aux d\u00e9cisions que nous avons prises et prenons vis-\u00e0-vis du personnel dans le cadre de la gestion de la crise du coronavirus.<\/p>\n<h6>Avec le recul, comment\u00a0analysez-vous la force de mobilisation de votre personnel ?\u00a0<span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><strong>EVS :<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0C&#8217;est dans notre ADN\u202f!\u00a0Nos membres du personnel sont anim\u00e9s par le service qu\u2019ils rendent \u00e0 la population. Pourquoi\u202f?\u00a0<\/h6>\n<p><strong>EVS\u00a0:<\/strong> Parce que nous avions financi\u00e8rement les reins assez solides pour le faire. Le fait de pouvoir continuer nos activit\u00e9s a notamment permis de maintenir le plein pouvoir d\u2019achat de tout notre personnel.\u00a0Pour moi, en tant que patron, c\u2019est vraiment une fiert\u00e9 d\u2019avoir permis \u00e0 chacun au sein de la SWDE de conserver un salaire \u00e0 100%.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Notre m\u00e9tier a, par ailleurs, \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu important dans la lutte contre la propagation de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce statut, tous les parents, parmi notre personnel, pouvaient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux garderies pour leurs enfants pendant le confinement.<span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>Quel pourrait \u00eatre le premier enseignement que vous tirez de cette situation exceptionnelle<span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/h6>\n<p><strong>EVS\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0Une crise de cette ampleur est un formidable acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur !
