L\u2019ambition de ce plan consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9duire structurellement \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2022 les co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation de 15% par rapport \u00e0 leur niveau de 2012, tout en maintenant un niveau d\u2019investissements annuel de 100 millions \u20ac minimum dans le renouvellement et la modernisation des infrastructures de distribution.<\/p>\n<h5>Co\u00fbt-v\u00e9rit\u00e9 distribution (CVD)<\/h5>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux efforts consentis depuis 2012 et le d\u00e9but de la mise en \u0153uvre du plan strat\u00e9gique, la SWDE n\u2019a plus augment\u00e9 son CVD depuis 2014. Pour la septi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, le CVD qui s\u2019est maintenu \u00e0 <strong>2,62 \u20ac\/m\u00b3<\/strong> HTVA.<\/p>\n<p>Pour une consommation moyenne de 100 m3, la part de la SWDE, y compris la redevance forfaitaire moyenne, s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 <strong>275,10 \u20ac<\/strong> en 2020. Elle repr\u00e9sente <strong>50,46 %<\/strong> de la facture totale (comme en 2019).<\/p>\n<h5>Co\u00fbt-v\u00e9rit\u00e9 assainissement (CVA)<\/h5>\n<p>Le CVA, est \u00e9tabli par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Publique de Gestion de l&#8217;Eau (SPGE), pour l\u2019ensemble des consommateurs wallons. Il est fix\u00e9 actuellement \u00e0 <strong>2,365 \u20ac\/m\u00b3<\/strong> HTVA depuis le 1er juillet 2017. Il n\u2019a pas non plus \u00e9t\u00e9 index\u00e9 depuis cette date.<\/p>\n<p>La part du CVA dans la facture pour une consommation moyenne de 100 m3 moyenne s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 <strong>236,50 \u20ac<\/strong>. Les volumes non enregistr\u00e9s sont calcul\u00e9s en soustrayant le volume factur\u00e9 aux clients du volume mis en distribution. Le calcul de cet indice est fonction du rapport entre le volume non enregistr\u00e9 et la longueur totale du r\u00e9seau (hors raccordements).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: #154455; font-family: 'ISIDORA - REGULAR', Helvetica, Arial, Lucida, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p2\">Un ILVNE \u00e0 prendre avec beaucoup de pr\u00e9caution<br \/><span class=\"s1\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019objectif fix\u00e9 pour l\u2019ILVNE est de 4,40 m<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup style=\"font-size: 9px;\">3<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\">\/ km\/jour \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2022. Toutefois, les chiffres de la consommation totale pour 2020 ne t\u00e9moignent pas d\u2019une augmentation exponentielle.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Les services d\u2019exploitation de la SWDE ont r\u00e9par\u00e9 un nombre similaire de fuites \u00e0 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il faudra attendre d\u2019avoir connaissance de l\u2019ensemble des consommations r\u00e9ellement factur\u00e9es en 2020 pour avoir une explication plus affin\u00e9e concernant la hausse de l\u2019ILVNE.
