et par cons\u00e9quent des factures &#8211; anormalement \u00e9lev\u00e9es. En cause\u00a0: des fuites d\u2019eau cach\u00e9es d\u00e9tect\u00e9es trop tardivement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cerner l\u2019ampleur de la probl\u00e9matique, la SWDE a men\u00e9 une vaste enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une vingtaine de communes wallonnes. Contre toute attente, l\u2019ensemble de ces communes ont confi\u00e9 qu\u2019elles n\u2019avaient pas une vision tr\u00e8s claire de leurs consommations. Pr\u00e8s de 85% d\u2019entre elles \u00e9taient m\u00eame confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de fuites r\u00e9currentes.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes de fuites cach\u00e9es, l\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les communes subissaient souvent les d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments d\u2019une gestion administrative de la facture d\u2019eau jug\u00e9e trop chronophage. Les donn\u00e9es recueillies sont alors instantan\u00e9ment envoy\u00e9es au gestionnaire du b\u00e2timent via un r\u00e9seau de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication. Une excellente nouvelle pour une meilleure gestion des ressources en eau. Notons qu\u2019\u00e0 elle seule, l\u2019entreprise utilisera <strong>2%<\/strong> de l\u2019eau distribu\u00e9e par la SWDE.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle alimentation en eau deviendra op\u00e9rationnelle en 2024, le temps de connecter COSUCRA aux conduites de la SWDE.
